Gary Summers teaches people how to think properly because he says, “When you change the way you think about things, the things you think about change.”

Ever found  yourself depressed or  anxious and  did not know how you got there. This seminar takes the concepts in Conscious Awareness and builds on them by uncovering the most common mental mistakes we all make and then provides strategies to deal with them. You will also discover:  *  The biggest mental mistake we all make. *  How to change the way you feel about anything.  *  How we sabotage our success.

Gary Summers is a professional speaker, magician, hypnotist, hypnotherapist and author having written a trilogy called MINDBODYSOUL dealing with the mental, physical and spiritual sides of wellness. He also is moderator of a popular Facebook group called MINDBODYSOUL where he interviews holistic wellness experts and offers advice on creating life balance and reducing stress.

He has a Master’s Degree in Physiology and certifications in Hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the National Association of Cognitive Behavior Therapists. Gary has developed a number of school programs. He also works very closely with the RNC and RCMP and delivers a program called “Kids and Drugs” where he helps parents develop skills that help their children through adolescence. He is owner of training4success, a St. John’s based company specializing in employee training and evaluations.
