Expression of Interest: CIPHI National Social Media Committee

The Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors (CIPHI)is looking for enthusiastic members to join the National Social Media Committee. This committee will support CIPHI’s social media presence by assisting with content creation, engagement, and community interaction.

About the Social Media Committee

The National Social Media Committee will work closely with the Social Media Manager (SMM) to maintain and enhance CIPHI’s presence across multiple platforms, including:

● Facebook
● Instagram
● X (Twitter)
● LinkedIn
● TikTok

Duties and Responsibilities

● Support content creation, especially during busy periods
● Research and suggest relevant topics or trends for CIPHI’s platforms
● Ensure brand consistency and alignment with CIPHI’s goals
● Follow the direction/assigned tasks of the committee chair

The Social Media Manager will retain ownership of the accounts but may appoint committee members to assist with specific platforms as needed.

Qualifications

● Current CIPHI member in good standing
● Familiar with social media trends and engagementstrategies
● Creative and willing to contribute ideas for content
● Able to commit to regular participation and collaboration
