This award is given to a member of CIPHI (Alberta Branch) who in the preceding year has had an EPH situation proceed to the Alberta, Northwest Territories or Nunavut court system in an effort to protect and promote public health. The member dedicated time and effort from the beginning of the situation to the presentation of the case in the courts by way of meticulous documentation and providing a clear and concise brief for the courts to review.
