In a time where well-qualified environmental public health professionals (EPHPs) are highly sought after, CIPHI’s Position Place service is an effective and inexpensive way to post job advertisements that engage both the Canadian environmental public health workforce and an international audience.

 

Posting guidelines

Run-time

30 days for approved ads, unless otherwise specified by the advertiser. If you wish to extend the posting date of the advertisement for an additional 30 days, please can contact the CIPHI National Office prior to the date of expiration of the initial advertisement. 

Cost

$150 per advertisement per 30-day cycle. If after the posting is complete and you wish to replace the posting with an updated version within the 30-day period, a $25 reposting fee will apply.

Payment

Invoices will be issued electronically to either the submitter of the advertisement or any individual named as the organizational contact for invoicing. Payment is due in full within 30 days of when the invoice is issued. Penalties may apply to unpaid and overdue invoices.

Time to posting

Once your advertisement is received, the CIPHI National Office will make every reasonable effort to immediately post it. However, when certain conditions make it impossible for an advertisement to be immediately posted, CIPHI will endeavour to post the advertisement within two business days. 

Discounts

Corporate and affiliate CIPHI members receive a 15% discount per posting. Any employer that places four postings within an 18-month period will receive a fifth posting for free.
